The most Britton of our flowers of salt. A blend of fleur de sel and torrefied buckwheat (also called kacha), besides its health properties it delivers notes of grilled hazelnuts, making a great addition to all kinds of fish, vegetable purées and various consommés (pumpkin, cauliflower, etc…)
Is used as a gomasio.
